Well I recieved it and put it together, took about an hour or so.And it did not work at all.No beeps nothing. So I called customer support. They answered right away and sent a new connector cable and bottom motor control board out. That did not fix it. I found if I tightly held the connector into the top circuit board where it is plugged in it would work.I called them back and next day they mailed out a top circuit board. They gave me the number of a tech that would come to my house {because it weighs a ton} and fix it,but it`s just a few screws and connectors so I am doing it myself. As I write this I have a piece of cardboard sqiushed against the connector and it works great. It should work fine once I get the board. The connector is just very loose fitting. But It works well,is sturdy enough, and I am 6`2″ tall and 215 lbs. one reason I bought this is the 18″ wide belt. Using this, I can`t see how a 14″ belt would suffice. The control board is very simple which I like.I don`t plan on running fast on it just walk or jog,but it seems like it could handle running. Bottom line is it`s well built and customer service is outstanding. I described problem, they mailed parts the next day.

For the price and size , I love this treadmill. However, the directions recommend oiling the belt prior to using it, but then it’s very difficult to get the belt tightened and realigned properly. Mine always seems to squeak and make noise. Overall the machine is noiser than most, which doesn’t matter too much for me because it’s in a basement. Those that are concerned about that in apartments or small spaces should be aware. The belt is wider than some others, which is more comfortable for running in particular. I am happy that I bought it and value being able to run inside in rainy or snowy days. Would recommend depending on your needs.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this treadmill. I wanted to get the most bang for my buck, but wanted to get a quality treadmill as well. Although the box arrived a bit damaged, as noted by other reviewers, none of the parts were damaged in the least. I was able to assemble the treadmill from start to finish by myself (33 year old female, moderately handy and able to follow instructions) in about 1.5 hours. It would have been easier to have had another person help me, but entirely possible to do it yourself if you have to.

The treadmill’s console is impressive for the low cost of the treadmill, and it’s handy with places to store water bottle/cell phone and also set magazines or tablet to read from. Pretty quiet treadmill. I live in an upstairs dwelling of and old converterd house (old as in built in the late 1800s) and was concerned my downstairs neighbors would be hating me, but they have told me they couldn’t hear a thing. Easily able to watch tv while jogging without having to blast the sound.

The only “negative” thing I would have to say is that I don’t personally find it so easy to maneuver around to new locations; I tried out several spots around my apartment before settling in its final location, and it wasn’t exactly easy to push/pull it around, even though it’s supposed to be.

All in all, I’m SO GLAD I purchased this treadmill. Oh, one final word, I was really concerned about the size of the running area, since several articles I read mentioned that the minimum size running zone should be a certain size, and this treadmill fell short by several inches. I’m 5’4″, about 160 lbs, and I have zero problems with the length of the belt or anything, it’s plenty roomy enough without my feeling as though I’m constantly about to fall off the back end of the belt.
