After months of use, I can say that this little treadmill has been working great and appears to be a well-made machine.I bought this brand because I saw their website showing their product line, thinking that they make other motorized equipment. Now I want to get a replacement remote control. After months of waiting Amazon and Ancheer have been totally unresponsive to my questions about a remote control I tried to order. THIS TREADMILL IS USELESS WITHOUT A REMOTE CONTROL!
I don’t actually know if or how well the treadmill works. It assembled easily. The power comes on. I can connect my phone to the bluetooth speaker. It is ONLY operable using the tiny remote control that comes with the unit. I followed the instructions to sync the remote control multiple times but was unsuccessful so I have not been able to actually use the treadmill. I sent their customer service email a request for support (the only way to contact the company). SInce there is no model number on the treadmill or remote control, they asked for my Amazon order number. I replied to their email with the requested information and received a strange email saying I am receiving $40 and for a 5 star review. Then I received another email saying that I needed to send my request to them through Amazon support.
Very disappointed that after assembling it and turning it on for the first time, we kept getting E07 error message and the treadmill will not start.
Edit: my boyfriend figured out that the problem was the cheap, ineffective magnet that the treadmill came with. He found a stronger one on an old work name tag that worked to get it to function properly.
I completely understand that this is not high end workout equipment, but for such a simple thing like a magnet to cause such difficulty straight out of the box is a bit ridiculous.
I don’t recommend this product. Find one that doesn’t cheap out on the necessary parts to get it to work.
Shipping was fast. Same day I received text that it shipped, it was actually delivered so that was a nice surprise.
I needed help getting it in the house because I didn’t want to drag it across the floor so an extra set of hands is recommended for unboxing etc.
Easy set up but the owners manual is poorly translated so it isn’t much help.
I wanted something that wouldn’t take up a lot of floor space and this is perfect for that. With that though, know that the smaller belt takes some getting used to. I wanted a treadmill to use during the cold dark months but I normally run outside. I feel a little restricted on this belt and at first was always watching my feet because I felt that I might step off the belt. After using it a few times I am more comfortable.
It is super easy to use, on/off and speed all controlled with the remote. No buttons or controls on the machine. Beware not to drop the remote when you’re running though because there is no way to slow it down to get off besides pull the red magnet or jump!
I would prefer the distance in miles instead of km but it’s okay because I use my Fitbit to track my time etc.
I saw another review that when putting your phone on the stand they couldn’t see the display. That is not a problem for me at all. The phone stand is adjustable to accommodate different size phones but wouldn’t fit a tablet. Speaker is not great quality, just okay.
The treadmill itself is quiet. Any noise is really just your feet hitting the belt. I’ve noticed softer more flexible soles reduce the noise.
I am 5’5” 145Lbs. My 6’ tall skinny son can’t walk at full stride fast pace on it and can only slowly jog because the belt is too short for him.
I have had it for 3 weeks and overall I am very happy with it. I use it 3-4 times a week for about 30-45 minutes, the first half of time running then walking to cool down. Price is great compared to other similar items.
